Your listings are getting seen. They are not getting clicked.

eBay counts how many people it showed each of your listings to, and how many clicked. It does not put that number anywhere you would find it. We do.

An eBay traffic audit for sellers who are tired of guessing

47,143Times shown
570Times clicked
516Listings never clicked once

Real figures from one seller's account over thirty days. Five hundred and sixteen of their listings were put in front of buyers and not one person clicked. They had spent the month cutting prices.

Buyers leak out in three different places

That is why cutting the price so often does nothing. It only helps with one of the three, and most sellers are losing people somewhere else entirely.

01

They never arrive

eBay is not showing the listing to anybody. It is invisible rather than unwanted, and no price will change that.

It is the words, not the price
02

They see it and keep scrolling

The listing is shown and passed over. What the buyer saw was a photo, a title and a price, in that order.

It is the photo, not the price
03

They open it and leave

People click, read, and go somewhere else. This is the only one of the three where the price is likely to be your problem.

Now look at the price

How it works

  1. You connect your eBay account. Read only.

Click a link and approve it on eBay's own site. Your password never comes to us. We can see your listings and how often eBay showed them. We cannot create, change, relist or end anything, and we cannot see your payouts or your bank details.

  2. We read every active listing.

Not a sample of ten. All of them, sorted into the three groups above, with the worst offenders named one by one.

  3. You get the report the same day.

A plain PDF naming the listings costing you the most and what to change on each. Not "improve your titles". Which listing, and what to do to it.

What it costs

Your accountOne-off auditListings reviewed
Up to 250 active listings $149 Every one
251 to 1,000 $299 Every one
1,001 to 5,000 $499 Every one
More than 5,000 Ask Every one

The price goes on how big your account is, not on how much of it we look at. We look at all of it either way.

Or have us watch it

An audit is a photograph of one day. Listings drift: competitors rewrite their titles, eBay moves its ranking around, and every new listing you add is a fresh chance to go up invisible with nothing telling you.

What you are actually granting

  • You sign in on eBay, not here. We never see your password.
  • Read only. We cannot list, change, relist, end or ship anything.
  • We cannot see your payouts, your bank details or your buyers.
  • You can cancel the access yourself any time in your eBay settings.
  • We delete our copy of the connection as soon as your report is with you.

Questions people ask

Will this make my things sell?
We cannot promise that and we will not. This tells you where buyers are dropping off and what to change. Acting on it is the part that moves the numbers.
My account is small. Is it worth it?
Maybe not yet. If your listings have been shown fewer than a couple of thousand times there is not enough there to read properly. We will tell you that and refund you rather than send you a thin report.
Can you just fix it for me?
Yes. Most people want that once they have seen the report, which is why it is priced separately and you can decide after you know what is wrong.
I am not good with computers.
You click one link and press one button on eBay's own website. That is the whole thing. If you would rather, ring Scott and do it together on the phone in two minutes.

Start with the number. It is free.

Ring or write and we will tell you how many times eBay showed your listings last month and how many people clicked. No connection needed to have that conversation.
