Pricing
Priced on your account, not on our effort
Every tier reads every listing you have. The price reflects how much the account is worth to you, not how long it takes us.
| Your account | Who that is | One-off audit | Listings reviewed | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 250 active listings | Solo seller, side business | $149 | Every one | |
| 251 to 1,000 | Serious part timer, small shop | $299 | Every one | |
| 1,001 to 5,000 | Pawn shop, antique mall, full time | $499 | Every one | |
| More than 5,000 | Multi location, real operation | Quoted | Every one | Get a quote |
Above five thousand listings there is no shelf price. Accounts that size differ too much to guess at, so tell us about the account and we will size it and come back with a number, usually within a day.
Card payment is handled by Stripe on their own page. Your card details never touch this site. After paying you get one link to click, and that is the whole setup.
The add-on
When the answer really is the price
One of the three leaks is a pricing problem. When your report says that is where your buyers are going, this is what tells you by how much.
For every listing that buyers clicked and did not buy, we look up what items like it have actually sold for in the last ninety days: the range, the median, how many real sales sit behind that number, and the gap to what you are asking.
Asking prices are fiction. Anyone can list anything at any number and leave it there for a year. Sold prices are the only ones that mean anything, and they are not the ones most sellers are pricing against.
We report. We do not set your prices.
We have not held your item and we cannot see it the way you can. Telling you what the market paid is a fact we can stand behind. Telling you what to charge, from a photograph, is a guess dressed up as advice, and we have been burned by exactly that ourselves.
If you want someone to actually set the numbers, ring us and we will talk about doing it properly, item by item.
Comp Check
- Every listing in your clicked-no-sale group
- 90 day sold range, median, and how many sales behind it
- The gap between that and your current price
- Uses the same connection as your audit
Or have us watch it
An audit is a photograph of one day
Listings drift. Competitors rewrite their titles, eBay moves its ranking around, and every new listing you add is a fresh chance to go up invisible with nothing telling you.
Watch
- We re-read every listing each month
- You get what changed, not the same report again
- Anything that dropped to nobody seeing it, named
- Cancel whenever, no term
Watch and Fix
- Everything in Watch
- We make up to 20 of the fixes for you each month
- Needs a second permission, because that one can write
- Cancel whenever, no term
If you start with an audit and then sign up, the audit fee comes off your first month.
Questions about the money
- Why is the big tier only $499?
- Because reading three thousand listings is the same work for us as reading fifty. An agency will charge you more than this to look at ten of them by hand.
- What if my account turns out to be too quiet to read?
- We tell you and refund you rather than send a thin report padded out to look like value.
- Can I cancel a monthly plan?
- Any time, with no term and no cancellation fee. You keep every report we have already sent you.
- Do you take anything else?
- Card through Stripe. If you would rather pay another way, ring and ask.
- Can you change anything in my eBay account?
- No. The connection is read only. We cannot list, revise, relist, end or ship anything, and we cannot see your payouts or bank details.
- How long does it take?
- About thirty seconds of your time to connect the account, and the report is with you the same day.
Not sure which tier?
Ring and tell us roughly how many listings you have and we will tell you which tier you are in. If your account is too quiet to be worth auditing, we will say that too, before you pay rather than after.
